Bhubaneswar: Storm surge of about 0.5 to 1-meter height above astronomical tide is very likely to inundate low lying areas of Kendrapara, Balasore and Bhadrak districts of #Odisha tomorrow forenoon. This was informed by the Special Relief Commissioner.
