This exhibition that opens up plenty of opportunities for everyone to enrich one’s self with the display of the latest Home building projects, interiors, building materials, housing finance and allied industries. This Fair offers a wide range of homes, finance, home décor / interiors and allied requirements.

Speaking on this occasion, Sri Kantilal Patel said, “ It is our proud privilege to organize CREDAI Bhubaneswar “Home & Décor exhibition” in association with Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry and G.S Marketing Associates. We all know that Real Estate sector is one of the most globally recognized sectors, the construction industry ranks 3rd among the 14 major sectors in terms of direct, indirect and induced effects in all sectors of the economy. To give a boost to this sector Government of India reduced the G.S.T rate on purchase of house from 12% to 5% which is indeed a big relief. However, in spite of the positive future for the real estate industry in the coming years, it is facing many combating challenges and one of them is project delays. To commence any housing project in a metro city, a developer needs to complete many approvals for starting the construction. These approvals are taking months and sometimes years to obtain. This adds to the cost which ultimately is passed on to the buyer which is an additional burden to the costumer. This delay also puts a brake on the speed of buying and consuming other allied products which ultimately has a slow down effect on all sectors which results in lesser taxes to the government along with slower job growth. It is an earnest request to the Hon’ble minister and the Hon’ble M.L.A’s to address this concern of delayed approval process so that commercial activities are not delayed on unnecessary approval procedures.
Er. Umesh Pattnaik, General Secy. CREDAI Bhubaneswar said, “This is the 16th edition of Home & Décor Expo and we are confident about a fantastic turnout of prospective customers. Keeping in mind of customer’s requirement this time we have tried to showcase maximum ready to move and affordable flats. Bhubaneswar is growing in all directions. A customer can get a variety of options in his/her preferred locations”. We always emphasize on ethics and code of conducts. We need the support from Govt to achieve the affordable housing agenda. Govt Policy should be suitable for the Developers as well as the customers.

The main object of the Home & Décor exhibition is to interact directly with the customers and to understand their needs. The quest of quality homes of the customer ends here – a complete answer to all the requirements of the customer in relation to Homes, etc.
