Report by Nishapati Nayak ; Sunabeda: Vyomayana Samstha Vidyalaya(V.S.V) Of Aeronautics Education Society (AES) under HAL Engine Division’s Teaching and non Teaching staffs today donates Rs One lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund as thier contribution in the fight against pandemic coronavirus. Accelerating this gesture of benevolence, Mr. Tanveer Alam, Secretary, V.S.Vidyalaya, Mr. Hemanta Kumar Seth, Principal, and Mr.Shaik Ibrahim, Sr. Librarian, handed over the DD to the District Magistrate & Collector of Koraput Mr. Madhusudan Mishra for further official procedures.
Mr.seth( Principal), said “It is God’s unbounded grace that no coronavirus positive case has been reported in koraput. But we have to be on our guard till the time that the virus is completely eradicated. The purpose of contributing to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund is to make people aware to social causes so that such situations can be talked on a war footing.”
Our talented and ever-willing –to- work staff, both teaching and non-teaching, have been showing their care and concern for V.S.Vidyalaya and students, working from home preparing notes and engaging classes online for the benefit of students. I appreciate their concern for the students and commitment to academics. They have been lending their hand in crucial administrative duties by going beyond the call of duty to meet the deadlines, keep the campus clean and green. I would like to acknowledge their commitment and care for the institution.
This is the moment we are called to be our best selves in tune with the vision and mission of V.S.Vidyalaya to be men and women for and with others leading a life of patience, empathy and compassion. The virus has prompted all of us to gain a heightened self-awareness. I am sure all of us have been practising social distancing, physical distancing and coming together on social media for mutual morale boosting conversations and sharing.
