Bhubaneswar: Twin City Police sets up team of Special Police Officers (SPOs) comprising women from as many as 56 institutions across Cuttack & Bhubaneswar; Police Commissioner Sudhansu Sarangi says SPOs will be engaged for 3 months in 1st phase & they will have same power as cops.
