Bhubaneswar: Chanakya IAS Academy – a premier Delhi based institution is all set to start its operation in Bhubaneswar. The seminar is slated to begin at 11 AM in the morning and will continue till 1.00 PM in the afternoon. The seminar will be addressed by Mr. Suman Sourav Mohanty, All India Rank-9 in Civil Service Examination 2016.
