Bhubaneswar: In a big development, Chairman of Western Odisha Development Council (WODC), Asit Tripathy today visited Nuapada and laid foundation stone for construction of 500 seated WODC Town Hall –cum-Auditorium of Nuapada with estimated cost of Rs 7.78 cr.
