Bhubaneswar: On a visit to Bhubaneswar for the ‘Commonwealth Lunch’, the British High Commissioner to India, Sir Dominic Asquith along with his wife Louise Cotton and the Deputy High Commissioner Bruce Bucknell paid a visit to Milk Mantra’s corporate office. With a warm welcome, company’s founder and CEO Srikumar Misra along with his senior management team interacted with the visitors and briefed them about various aspects of the company.
Over an engaging conversation between Srikumar Misra and Sir Dominic Asquith the genesis and evolution of the company and the impact of Milky Moo on the consumers as well as the rural farmers in eastern India was discussed. It should be noted, the impact of Milky Moo on consumers and rural farmers has been high since its inception. While demand for quality in dairy products is one of the notable impacts of Milky Moo at the consumers end, promotion of dairying as a sustainable livelihood resulting economic growth was Milk Mantra’s impact on rural farmers.
Apart from this, future of dairy and nutrition in India was another major point of discussion during the visit. Senior management team of Milk Mantra briefed the delegates about their Innovative products like world’s first Curcumin based milkshake and recently launched fortified fresh milk ‘SUPER’. The delegation sampled some of the tasty & healthy products of Milky Moo.
