Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation bans Holi celebration in public places and imposes restrictions on Dola Melana. Gathering of more than 60 people will be restricted and 4-5 people will be allowed to carry ‘Dola Bimana’, informs BMC Commissioner Prem Chandra Chaudhary.
