We have demanded formation of Legislative Council in #Odisha & requested to move a Constitutional Amendment Bill. There will be reservation for SC/ST & women in the Council, informs MP Pinaki Mishra after all-party meeting ahead of Parliament’s Winter Session in Delhi.
