Bhubaneswar: Election in Patkura Assembly constituency adjourned following death of BJD candidate Bed Prakash Agarwalla. Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Surendra Kumar said as per guidelines only BJD can field new candidate; fresh date of polling to be announced by Election Commission of India .
