Bhubaneswar: BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik appoints Shipra Mallik, Prakash Das as General Secretary of BJD. BJD supremo also appoints Prafulla Ghadei as party observer in Ranpur, Chilka and Khurda constituencies. Rabi Narayan Nanda appointed as observer in Hindol constituency.
