Bhubaneswar airport to have 3-star hotel with 100 rooms at an estimated cost of Rs 35 crores

Bhubaneswar: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has taken the initiative to built a 3-star hotel with 100 rooms conference hall by 2019 in PPP mode at Bhubaneswar airport with an estimated cost of Rs 35 crores.
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has already invited Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction of the hotel.. This was informed by the Airport director SC Hota .
AAI will provide land for the project. He informed that a budget hotel as well as a five-star are also in the offing but will come up in different stages. He also informed that Jharsuguda and Rourkela airports will be operational from September this year.
