Banabasi Bikash Mahasangha submitted memorandum to President, PM, CM for re-inclusion of Putiya, Rana, Mali, Dora, Kamar Community in ST Lists

Koraput: Banabasi Bikash Mahasangha of Undivided Koraput District submitted a memorandum to Honourable President of India, Honourable Prime Minister of India, Honourable Union Tribal Affairs Minister, Honourable Governor of Odisha, Honourable Chief Minister of Odisha, Honourable Minister of ST & SC Department, Government of Odisha through the Collector Koraput for re-inclusion of Putiya, Rana, Mali, Dora and Kamar Community in the Scheduled Tribe Lists. More than 15 thousand Banabasi people gathered at Nishani Munda of Koraput for their genuine demands and rights. Bananas people started the rally from Nishani Munda and reached the Collector office with slogans, placard, banner etc. Shri Alok Anugulia, Assistant Collector of Koraput received the memorandum on behalf of District Administration.

If the genuine demands are not fulfilled then the Banabasi Bikash Mahasangha will come down to the Road to protests for their rights.

In the Rally Undivided Koraput District Banabasi Bikash Mahasangha President and Rana Samaj President Shri Govind Chandra Khada, Social Worker cum Rights Activist Shri Sankar Prasad Duria, Putiya Samaj President Shri Uddhaba Golari, Mali Samaj President Shri Dasarathi Mali, Dora Samaj President Shri Baidyanath Gemel, Kamar Samaj President Shri Bhagaban Golari, Sunadhar Adari, Dhanurjay Darli, Lalit Darli were leading the rally.
