Bhubaneswar: “Ashwamedh 2019”, the annual Business Conclave, organized by X-OPS, the Operations Committee of XIMB, is scheduled to be held at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar on Sunday, 28th of July. The theme for the conclave is ‘Driving Global Supply Chain Management through Innovation’.
The Business Conclave shall be witnessing a few eclectic industry stalwarts from different domains of the business world. The first speaker of the event is Mr. Nikhil Kush, Deputy Director, Supply chain programs in Public Health at PATH. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS and has more than 25 years of experience in various industries in leadership roles. In the past, he has worked with Avvasya CCI, DuPont and Ford.
The second speaker of the event is Mr. Satpal Singh, Country Head, Supply Chain and Business Transformation at Legrand. He has done his senior executive Leadership Program from Harvard Business School and MBA in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management from S.P. Jain School of Global Management. He has worked with Mahindra Susten, Reliance Industries Limited, Transocean, Larsen and Turbo Limited, and Schneider Electric in sectors like, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Energy where his role was spanning across key functional areas like Strategy, Business Transformation, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain and Governance.
The third and final speaker of the event is Mr. Sunil Bharadwaj, Deputy General Manager, Strategy and Supply Chain at Raymond Ltd. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and certified in Logistics, Transportations, and Distribution (CLTD) by APICS. Mr. Sunil Bharadwaj, a SPJIMR alumnus, is a supply chain and continuous improvement professional with 15 years of industrial experience spanning across the entire value chain and has worked with Abunayyan Holding, Pidilite Industries Limited, NITCO Limited, Wipro and Larsen & Turbo.
The event would provide a holistic and interactive platform to the inquisitive and budding managers of tomorrow to interact with these distinguished industry stalwarts who hail from different business domains. An enriching session is expected from this annual Business Conclave followed by a vote of thanks from the dignitaries of the institute.
