Dhamra : Adani DAV Public School celebrates 6th Annual Sports Meet: The most reputed and leading organization Adani DAV Public School situated at Kuamara Celebrates its 6th Annual Meet “KHOJ-18” in its own premises. The incumbent Principal Krishnapriya Sarangi received salutes of all the House parades. The champions of KHOJ-17 were the Torch Bearers of this grand programme. All the houses captains inspired the participants and each one played with true sense of vigour, team spirit and proper coordination. The programme was inaugurated at 8.30 a.m. The Principal in her inaugural speech well prepared the students to play without any second thought of victory citing the examples of Lord Krishna and Arjun. What is important is participation. The CEO Shri Subrat Tripathy and his worthy team visited the school and gave away the prizes. Shri Subash Ray the CSR Head graced the occasion on its Valedictory Ceremony along with other dignitaries. The programme witnessed zeal enthusiasm and fervor of students. The inspiring speech of the CEO was awfully inspiring that has helped the students active participation.
The winner of the Meet is Yamuna House that bagged up the highest points. The runner-up Prize was received by Mahanadi house, for Fair play the Ganga House and the most disciplined house was received by Kaveri house. Kumar Biswashanti of Class-X received the trophy on behalf of the house as the best inspiring House leader. Akankshya Das bagged up the winners Trophy from the senior Girls group and Karan Kumar received the winners Trophy from the senior boys Group.
The school had an arena of festivity that bustled around the school arena.
