An Italian tourist, who was cured of#COVID19 after treatment in isolation, dies of cardiac arrest

New Delhi:  A 69-year-old Italian tourist, who was cured of#COVID19 after treatment in isolation, dies of cardiac arrest in a private hospital in Jaipur. Italian tourist’s wife was also kept in isolation and treated for #COVID19. She too had recovered. The couple had arrived in Jaipur on Feb. 28 as part of a group of Italian tourists after visiting five districts in Rajasthan. 

An Italian national dies in Jaipur. As of Friday, there have been 4 deaths in the country – one each from Delhi, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Punjab. India reported its first  Coronavirus case in 1st March.
