Simulia: Veteran Congress leader & former Minister Padmalochan Panda joins BJP in presence of P&NG Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and state party president Basant Panda at ‘Mishrana Parva’ held in Khaira Simulia . It should be noted that on October 7, Padmalochan had resigned from the primary membership of the Congress saying ‘there is no future of the grand old party in Odisha’.
