Total #Coronavirus positive cases rise to 1834 in India; 437 cases in the last 24 hours

New Delhi: Total  Coronavirus positive cases rise to 1834 (including 144 cured and 41 death) in the country. 437 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. This is confirmed by the Union Ministry of Health.

The highest number of cases have been reported from Maharashtra where the count has reached 320. Fifty-nine new cases were recorded from Mumbai on Tuesday. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said the sudden jump in the number of patients was because the number of testing facilities has gone up.

Kerala Tuesday reported its second COVID-19 death and seven new cases of coronavirus. Four people were declared cured on Tuesday while 215 positive cases remained under treatment in hospitals across the state, the government said.
