Puri: Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has created a sand sculpture on the occasion of Odisha Day with message “Happy Utkal Divas “, today at Puri. Mr. Pattnaik wishing all Odias on the eve of Utkal Divas.
Odisha Day or Utkala Dibasa is celebrated on 1 April in Odisha in the memory of the formation of the state as a separate province on 1 April 1936.
