Dubai: As we glissade into the twentieth year of the third millennium, OSUAE’s unfurls the 7th year of the ‘’The Haandisala’’ in a Chicer Avatar. Yet another scintillating saga of gastronomic culinary fair, having its genesis from innumerable corners of ‘Odisha’ bedecked and presented in varicolored stalls.
The refashioned food fiesta, arguably the most exclusive of all the OSUAE events, was marked by 24 varied food stalls encircling delicacies from various corners of the state tickling the imaginations and palates of the families gathered. The event was inaugurated by a Senior Consul from The Indian Consulate in Dubai , Ms. Neelu Rohra, Consul (Commerce). To commemorate the occasion and motivate the families a team of distinguished judges, Mr. Sabir Ali & Mr. Ninad Mate with cookery contextual were invited to select the best three. They went over stall after stall trying out the delectable dishes endeavoring to fulfill the daunting task of discovering the best one, they shared both positive and constructive feedback while bringing up the crescendo.
While over 200 families embraced the event bestowing their love by hopping stall to stall relishing the delicacies, we express our gratitude and thank all the volunteers for their incessant hard work, coordination and selfless contribution to make it a grand success. We are also grateful to all the participants for all their support and love throughout the event.
