Odisha: Robbers snatch away Rs 52500 from women near bank

Report by Malaya Mohapatra; Kendujhar: Sabita Naik, an ASHA worker of Haladiatangiri, keonjhar was targeted by robbers while she went to withdraw money from her account in Naranpur Bank of India on Monday. According to Sabita, two robbers on a speeding black pulser bike first hit her on the road after she left the bank with the withdrawl money of Rs 52,500. When she fell down on the road, the miscreants snatched away her money bag and mobile and escaped towards keonjhar town. Her son tried to chase the robber but could not trace them. An FIR has been lodged in the Keonjhar Town Police station.
