Odisha State Department of Fisheries & Animal Resources Development urges people not to abandon pets or inflict any sort of cruelty to animals due to fear of the spread of COVID19 . All high-end saloons, beauty parlours & spa will remain closed until further order as it isn’t possible to maintain social distancing in these places .
