Sambalpur: Golfers of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) have won the prestigious “Raibahadur Harakchand Jain Memorial Trophy” at Green City Golf-2020.
A popular golfing event of Jharkhand state, which is organised at CEPTA Army Golf Course Ranchi on 11th & 12th January, witnessed more than 230 golfers from different parts of the country, representing different clubs, participated in the Green City Golf tournament-2020.
A team, comprising Mr Rajatodai Singh (H-08), Assistant Manager (Electrical & Mechanical), Mr SK Lall (H-09), Security Sub-Inspector, Mr Vinayak D Jamwal (H-16), Deputy Manager (Public Relations) and Mr Biradar Vijaykumar Annarao (H-18), Manager (Electrical & Mechanical/Vigilance), from MCL represented Mahanadi Golf Club (MGC) and lifted the “Raibahadur Harakchand Jain Memorial Trophy” at Green City Golf-2020.
Mr SK Lall was also declared the “Best Outstation Golfer” of the tournament.
Mr BN Shukla, CMD, MCL & Chief Patron of MGC and Mr OP Singh, Director (Technical/Ops) & President-MGC also congratulated the golfers for bringing laurels to the coal mining company.
