Report by Kahnu Nanda; Paradip: Paradip Refinery observed Swatchhhtaa Pakhwada from 16th to 02nd Oct’19. Under various Swatchta related activities, Pledge administration, mass campaign on abstaining from single use plastic, cleanliness drives were carried out. Curtain on the mass campaign was drawn on Wednesday the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and befitting the occasion, Shri TDVS Gopalakrishna, ED, Paradip Refinery unveiled statue of Mahatma Gandhi in presence of employees and students of DPS. The day was also marked with dedication of toilet complex, constructed by Paradip Refinery, at “zero point” for the use of general public. Under corporate social responsibility, the toilet was built, having multi use facility. The toilet complex built at a place of public commotion, shall render a utility facility and extend helps to general public, commuters, truck drivers in general.
