New Delhi: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan today met with Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari. Reviewed various ongoing road projects of #NHAI in Odisha and requested him to expedite work.
Gadkari has directed officials of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India for the speedy completion of pending road projects in Odisha.
Also, discussed the roadmap for developing eastern India as a steel cluster as per Hon. PM Narendra Modi’s vision of Purvodaya. Gadkari ji has committed his support for the idea and offered his valuable suggestions for this endeavour of Ministry of Steel, Government of India
Further, both the ministers explored avenues of collaboration between Steel Ministry and MORTH for the overall development of steel sector. Gadkari shared his insights on how road projects & water connectivity can be leveraged to provide a boost to the Indian steel industry.
