8 lakh people will be moved to safety of about 880 cyclone shelters & school and community buildings. Centres being managed by trained volunteers & Govt. This is one of the biggest such mobilisation anywhere in the world. CM also emphasies on early restoration of power water supply & road communication in affected areas.
