Bhubaneswar: At the stressful time of Corona scare to ease availability of essential commodities at the doorsteps of citizens and ensure social distancing, BMC has roped in 28 strores/ outlets of Reliance Fresh, Big Bazaar, Vishal Mega Mart and Aadhar Fresh to ensure delivery of goods between 7 am and 11 pm from tomorrow.
BMC has also provided the list of WhatsApp numbers of the contact person’s of the respective nearby stores.
To avail the sevice one citizen has to send the list, amount of essential commodities needed and local address to the person concerned. However, no phone call will be entertained in this process. BMC sources said one can pay the bill amount while receiving the order/consignment from the nearest store.
