AirAsia to operate more domestic flights from Bhubaneswar to Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore from October 29

Bhubaneswar: The AirAsia airline would provide flight services from the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) here to three major cities of the country very soon, informed Tourism Minister Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi on Wednesday.

The airline would operate more domestic flights from the BPIA to Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore from October 29, he said. “We are having discussions with other airlines for domestic flight services from the BPIA,” he added.

Commenting on the AirAsia flight services between Bhubaneswar and Bangkok, which was stopped recently, Panigrahi said resumption of the service is under consideration.
