6th “Swapnapati Herbal Holi 2018” to be held on 1st of March, 2018, at Hotel Kalinga Ashok, Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: With the couple of days away, Holi, a celebration of wide variety of colours is keeping the market packed with Pichkaris, colours and other accessories. But now people are more concern about their skin, are willing to have a safe and herbal Holi by using Herbal and natural colours rather than the chemical forms colours. Swapnapati Foundation has been organising the “Swapnapati’s Herbal Holi” for 5 years continuously. This time MyCityLinks, a fortnightly magazine has been in association with Swapna Pati Foundation for its 6th Venture. With spreading the awareness about the harmful effects of the chemical and synthetic colours, this initiative is done for using of the Herbal colours in a very unique way.
With the uses of Turmeric powder, sandalwood paste, Multani Mitti and tomato paste, the celebration of Holi is getting more fun and exciting. 6th “Swapnapati Herbal Holi 2018” shall be held on 1st of March, 2018, at Hotel Kalinga Ashok, Bhubaneswar. For avoiding mild reaction and rashes which causes allergy or burning and prickle sensation, uses of organic colour Turmeric colour, Sandalwood paste even uses of different flowers are harmless for eyes and skin.
Ms. Swapnapati says, “We want to aware the society regarding the ill-effects of the chemicals used in the colours and they should play with chemical free holi with the herbal products, which is easily available in every household. We want to appeal everyone that they should have a safe holi by educating themselves regarding the negative effects of those chemicals.”
Regarding the event on 1st March she says “There will be cultural programme which includes visually challenged children, band performance, along with inauguration of Herbal colours. The herbal colours include turmeric, sandalwood powder, multani mitti which doesn’t create any problem for the skin and everyone can enjoy the holi in a healthy way.”
