One large Hydro Electric Project has been concurred by Central Electricity Authority during the last five years in Meghalaya.
As per the information made available to the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, no such incident has been reported.
This information was given by the Minister for Development of North Eastern Region Shri G. Kishan Reddy in the Lok Sabha in a written reply today.
