Bhubaneswar: In his reply to a question of Congress MLA Tara Prasad Bahinipati in the State Assembly on Tuesday on illegal apartments in Bhubaneswar, Housing and Urban Development Minister Pratap Jena said the Government has approved plans of at least 1,643 apartments’ in the State capital and of them 487 are illegal structures and the Government has ordered to demolish 194 apartment blocks.Jena said that all the apartments have been constructed in and around the city. The Government has closed cases of 57 such complaints of irregularities and 91 cases are under active consideration.
