Kendrapada: In a tragic incident, two children, Pintu (5), son of Bijay Tripathy and Atashi (4), son of Pramod Tripathy, of Bandhapada village died after falling into a half-opened latrine tank of their neighbour Chatturbhuja Tripathy, while playing near their house here on Thursday.
The family members of the children unearthed them in unconscious state from the tank after a frantic search. They were rushed to hospital, but were declared brought dead by the doctors.
