Bhubaneswar: As per latest reports 22 persons including 7 foreigners linked to Tabligh Jamaat Nizamuddin have been traced in the state. All are in govt quarantine. Samples collected for all. Results of some samples are awaited. This is informed by the the state Health and Family Welfare Department.
But as per the Information and Public Relation Department Samples of 15 from among 20 Tablighi Jamaat returnees to Odisha come negative. Recently 20 people had returned to Odisha from Nizamuddin whose sample had been sent for testing of COVID-19. Out of the 20 samples 15 reports so far received are corona negative. Of these 15 people are from Rourkela, one from Kendrapada, one from Cuttack and one from Ganjam district, The remaining 5 reports are awaited.
