Bhubaneaswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was presented the book ‘Biju Patnaik National Icon and Second Kharvela of Odisha’ by its author Shri Prafulla Chandra Nayak. He thanked the writer and stated that it will offer a new perspective on the life and personality of Biju Babu.
