Report by Kamala Kanta Dash, Bhubaneswar: World Trade Centre (WTC) Bhubaneswar in collaboration with XIMB and Odisha Diary is organising a Budget Conclave on 2nd February 2018 at XIMB campus. The last budget of Modi government presented today has been appreciated for its innovation and fiscal prudence. The opposition, however, is critical of the budget as the declared schemes may not be implementable given the infrastructural bottlenecks and centre-state issues.
Tomorrow the budget conclave will analyze these issues threadbare. Budget experts, financial analysts and economists will attend the conclave to share their views on the budget and the opportunities and challenges in the coming year. Leading names like CA AK Sabat, CA Rajib Sahoo, Mr. Dillip Satapathy, and Prof DV Ramana will join the panel.
