Khariar : A workshop on “Cybercrime and Women” was organized in Khariar Autonomous College, Khariar by Kalinga Kusum Foundation in collaboration with Odisha State Commission for Women on 2nd February, 2019. Students and teachers from different colleges of Khariar attended the workshop. The effects of cybercrime on youth & women and the laws related to cybercrime were discussed in the workshop.
Ms. Snehanjali Mohanty, member, OSCW, Mr. Srikant Chatterjee, IRS (Retd.) , Mr. Sujeet Kumar, OSD-cum-Special Secretary, State Planning Board joined the workshop as chief guest, Chief speaker and guest of honour respectively. Among other, guests of honour were Ms. Tilottama Nayak, Ms. Mamata Dash, Ms. Namita Pradhan, Dr. Fanindam Singh Deo, Dr. H.K. Panda, Dr. Madhusuadan Sahu, Dr. Sanjaya Kumar Panda and Ms. Manisha Sahu. Mr. Lalit Prasad Patro, Mr Malaya Kumar Jena, Mr. Jyoti Prakash Sahu, Mr. Swadesh Kumar from Kalinga Kusum Foundation organized the workshop.
