Cuttack: Veteran music director Basudev Rath passes away at the age of 68 at SCB Medical College & Hospital in Cuttack .
His compositions such ‘Priya Moro Eki Kala.’, ‘Jahaku Mu Ete Bhala Pauchhi..’, ‘Asiba Bara Tora..’, ‘Kau Dhana Khaila Boli..’ are still remembered and crooned by the present generation singers.The 70s and 80s used to be the golden period of Basudev Rath in the film industry.
