Bhubaneswar: Varanaseya Utkal Samaj is going to celebrate Utkal Dibas on 1st April, 2017 at Pt. Omkarnath Thakur Auditorium, Banaras Hindu University. Prof B. M. Shukla, Former Vice-Chancellor, Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur will be the chief Guest in the 82nd Utkal Dibas celebration.
