Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan terms meeting of Mamata Banerjee, Naveen Patnaik a common bonding of corruption

Bhubaneswar: Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday blasted Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and his West Bengal counterpart Mamata Banerjee, saying they are driven by a “common bonding of corruption”.
In tweeter Pradhan slam BJD supremo Patnaik and TMC chairperson Banerjee after the duo met here . “The understanding b/w @Naveen_Odisha led BJD & @MamataOfficial led TMC is driven by a common bonding of corruption & is nothing but Natural,” tweeted Pradhan.
Alleging that Naveen Patnaik has assured Banerjee to positively consider her proposal of a grand alliance to check the BJP surge, Pradhan said they both are sinners so far as the multi-thousand-crore chit fund scams go.
“News is that BJD assured @MamataOfficial to positively consider her proposal for a Grand Alliance in Odisha with Congress as the 3rd partner,” Pradahn said in another tweet.
He further said the primary reason of Banerjee visiting Odisha was to meet her two party MPs lodged in jail in connection with chit fund scam.
“Primary reason of @MamataOfficial visit to Odisha was to meet 2 TMC MPs who are involved in Chit-fund Scam & are lodged in Bhubaneswar Jail. The primary aim of meeting b/w @MamataOfficial & @Naveen_Odisha was to develop mutual cooperation to deal with Chit-fund Scam Investigations,” Pradhan tweeted.
Banerjee coming down heavily on the BJP for “playing divisive politics in the names of religion, caste and regions”.
