Bhubaneswar: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Sunday predicted ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) of Odisha would disintegrate fast. Minister Pradhan said people of the Odisha have been growing increasingly disenchanted with the Naveen Patnaik-led BJD’s long ineffective rule and are inspired by the popular programmes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Minister Pradhan said here on the occasion of the joining of a section of the BJD members in the BJP.
On the other hand, BJD spokesperson Pratap Keshari Deb pooh-poohed Pradhan’s claim of the BJP growing at the cost of the BJD and said the ruling party is devising its right strategy for the 2019 general elections.
