Sambalpur: Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan joined Sital Sasthi Celebrations the divine marriage of Shiva Parbati at Sambalpur . While being part of Sital Sasthi Celebrations Minister Pradhan also interacted with people and shared time with public there.
