Burla: Sri B. Sairam, General Manager (CSR), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited received ‘Best Paper Award’ under the theme of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for his paper “Emergence of CSR and DMF as game changing tools of benefit sharing with community in coal mining sector” presented in an International Conference.
This conference “Emerging Challenges and Opportunities in Energy Sector (ECOES 2018)” was organised by Department of Management Studies, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Rae Bareli on 8th and 9th February 2018.
The topics covered in the Conference were related to various functional areas of management and energy such as oil and gas, renewable energy, business data analytics, technology management, operational and supply chain management etc. Company expects Sri Sairam to utilise the wide exposure and encouragement bagged by him towards elevating the CSR framework of MCL to the next higher level.
