Bhubaneswar: President of India, Prime Minister, CM Naveen Patnaik wish Greetings to people of Odisha on statehood day. It should be noted that Odisha celebrating its 83rd foundation day today as ‘Utkala Dibasa’ with much pomp and gaiety.
