Gunupur: On the occasion of successful completion of three years of Modi Government, Union Minister for Petroleum & Natural Gas (I/c) Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan launched Sabka Saath Sabka Vikash series of programmeds from Gunupur, Rayagada district of Odisha.
Union Minister highlighted the glance of successful Modi Government of three years and also focused on the ineffective and unsuccessful Naveen Govt for which people of Odisha are deprived from their rights and their interests are being affected.
Mr. Pradhan in his statement said that, Public play pivotal role in the republic country. People’s representatives are working for them; servitor’s role is to give details of activity report to his owner. Prime Minister says that he is the supreme servitor of the country. As a representative of the supreme servitor, I am here to give the detailed report of last three years to Gunupur as well as people of Odisha.
Mr. Pradhan said that Narendra Modi considers Odisha as the centre of Garib Kalyan Yojna. Earlier there was a provision for only Rs. 70,000 for poor for PUKKA Houses which is now increased by Rs. 1 lakh 30 thousand with extra expenditure for construction of Toilets, granted by Prime Minister. But Naveen Government is taking the advantage of Modi’s scheme and trying to manipulate public by creating chaos of Biju Pukka Ghara as part of his scheme and getting the praise.
Minister also added that Modi Government has launched many schemes for the benefit of the poor. The schemes are as follows- House for Poor, electricity supply to each household, supply of clean drinking water, toilet in each home, free LPG connections, Sukanya Samrudhi Yojna for girls, Rs.6,000 for pregnant women. For this reason public are standing behind Modi.
On the other hand, if people condemn 17 years Naveen Govt., he himself gets away from people’s problem and alleging it as fake. Mr. Pradhan questioned that if Gunupur is situated on the river base of Bansadhara, then why there are no such facilities for irrigation. He also questioned that in spite of many demands for the construction of barrage on Bansadhara River why it is yet to be implemented.
Union Petroleum Minister also questioned that why there are no such employment opportunities for local youths. State Government has failed in creating employment opportunity for the common mass. State Government is taking the reward by giving only two rupees in the 32 rupees rice in which Modi is giving Rs.29. Family members of the ministers and Cuttack mayor like rich people are taking the advantage of this scheme while poor are deprived from their rights.
