The Baisakhi Food Festivals were organized at the Royable Midtown Hotel and the Pal Height to mark the annual Baiskhi festival. The food festival at the Royale midtown entitled as “Punjabi Food Festival ” the cusine includes traditional Punjabi delicacies and classy ones like Moorg Kahani and Saag Wale Mutton along the Amritsari Naa and Methi Paratha. Pal Heights presented lots of cool desserts made of mint and curd for refreshing the palate. This festival also offered North Indian Cuisine taking ample create of both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food lovers. It is just the beginning of a chill food for chilling out in Summer.
Along with the regular Tomato soup there was the Mullitawny soup. Along with this there was a Veg Papad Kabab, in which a vegetable Kabab was wrapped in a spicy Paped. The tangy taste of Panner Achari Kabab was emphasized with generous does of ajwain and Chicken marinated with garlic in Lassoni tikka. There were also the regular Biriyanis and Pulav to accompany the exotic fare.
