Middle size/big size Prawn

a Coconut

Cumin seeds

Bay leaf

Ginger

green Chillies

teaspoon Cinnamon and Cardamom powder

cup oil
Salt
& Turmeric powder
Method
Take out the skin and
wash the prawns properly. Grind cumin seeds with
bayleaf, ginger and chillies.
Grind the grated coconut. Heat oil in a pan and
add the spice paste to it. Fry it for 5-10 minutes.
Add salt and turmeric powder and the prawns. Fry
it for sometime. When it becomes dry, add the
coconut paste to it and for a little.
Add water to it. When it comes to a boil put the
powdered cinnamon and cardamom.
Take out of flame when cooked.
