Prawn Malai Curry
Ingredients
500gms Middle size/big size Prawn Half a Coconut 1teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 Bay leaf 3cm Ginger 5 green Chillies 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon and Cardamom powder 1/2 cup oil Salt & Turmeric powder

Method

Take out the skin and wash the prawns properly. Grind cumin seeds with bayleaf, ginger and chillies.

Grind the grated coconut. Heat oil in a pan and add the spice paste to it. Fry it for 5-10 minutes.

Add salt and turmeric powder and the prawns. Fry it for sometime. When it becomes dry, add the coconut paste to it and for a little.

Add water to it. When it comes to a boil put the powdered cinnamon and cardamom.

Take out of flame when cooked.
