Kadali(Banana) Bhaja
Ingredients
2 Bananas 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds 4 red Chillies 6 Garlic buds
1/2 cup Mustard Oil 1teaspoon Salt & Turmeric Powder

Method


Peel off the skin of the plantains and cut into round slices. Boil 1/2cup water. Add turmeric powder, salt and the plantains.

Take out from water when cooked. Grind the mustard seeds with garlic and chillies. Heat oil in a pan. Add . Put the plantains and the spices.

Fry it till golden brown.
