Eggs 2 Potatoes
3 red Chillies 1 teaspoon Coriander
seeds 5 black peeper Half a coconut 3 Garlic buds 1 Cardamom1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon Mustard
seeds 1 Onion2 green Chillies
2cm Ginger 3cm Cinnmon piece 3 teaspoon oil Salt & Turmeric powder
Method
Boil the eggs. Take
out the skin and cut into 2pieces each. Peel off
the potatoes and cut into 4pieces each. Chop the
onion, ginger,garlic and green chillies.
Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan and fry the red chillies,
blackpeeper and cumin seeds. Grind it to make
fine powder. Heat the pan and put 2 spoon oil.
Put the mustard seeds.
Put the chopped onions, ginger, garlic and chillies
and fry it. when it turns red add the cinnamon
and cardamom powder. Put the other spices into
it and fry it.
Add the potatoes and 2cup water. Add 1 cup warm
water to the grated coconut. Pour out the coconut
milk.
When the pototoes are fully cooked add the coconut
milk to it and let it boil. Add the egg pieces
and put the blackpepeer powder. Remove from flame.
