between ‘The Eternal Gandhi’ Initiative of Aditya Birla Group and the Tourism Department, Govt of Odisha in the presence of Ashok Chandra Panda, Minister, Tourism and Culture at 3PM on 24th May, 2017, Wednesday in the 2nd Floor Conference Hall, Secretariat.
