Odisha Tourism to promote Royal palaces in the State for tourists

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Tourism department has decided to promote Royal palaces in the State for tourists. In the first phase Tourism department prepared plan to renovate Aul, Nilagiri and Dhenkanal palaces in line with the Udaipur City Palace of Rajasthan.


This was informed by the Principal Secretary of Tourism department, Mona Sharma. Sharma said Odisha has a lot of princely states so any new initiative will be very useful to the tourism sector and people will love to go to those places.

Odisha Tourism will promote these Royal palaces and ancient buildings in the name of ‘Heritage Palace Tourism programme.
